Mission

Refining the standard of Evidence-Based Women’s Health Nutrition

Female doctor and founder of The One™ fertility supplement brand

Founded by a Women’s Health doctor who is also a PMOS patientOn a belief to do Better

It took 5 years to be diagnosed with PMOS, after months of no periods, despite being a doctor myself. I tried and tested lots of supplements to support my periods, taking up to 10 a day at one point. I was worried about my own fertility and whether I’d be able to get pregnant in the future.

I was determined to educate myself on women’s health nutrition to help other women like myself.

Along with my clinical team, we created The One Labs.

We are committed to delivering better reproductive nutrition for Future Generations. For every order, we donate a month supply of menstrual products to women suffering from Period Poverty.

We are a team of female clinicians redefining reproductive nutrition for women and children.

We treat women’s health issues every day in our clinical practice, whilst also facing our own challenges too. If you feel alone navigating the journey to motherhood, we completely get it!

We don’t guarantee promises but we do guarantee high-quality support when you need it most. Our team will always respond to your fertility questions with love and compassion - because we know the 10 minute GP appointment wasn’t long enough to answer your 3am worries.

We are confident The One will support women on their journey to motherhood. We know this because we take The One every day, and so do our families.

Love

Dr Ravina, Founder

90% of women are nutritionally-depleted of essential vitamins.

Your GP has 10 minutes to talk to you, so reproductive nutrition never enters the conversation.

Fertility care is not taught in school and doctors are not taught about it in medical school.

With women excluded from trials for so long (especially pregnant ones), it can take years for new research to filter down into recommendations.

Nutrient levels ranges are recommended for the general population, rather than a ‘fertility-specific’ population.

We created The One with optimised dosing for motherhood.

Got Questions?

How long does a fertility supplement take to work?
+
-

Most fertility supplements take 8–12 weeks to show noticeable benefits. This is because egg development and hormone regulation work in roughly 90-day cycles. Ingredients like CoQ10, myo-inositol, vitamin D and methylfolate need time to build up in the body and support egg quality, cycle regularity and overall fertility.
However, every woman is different, and results vary based on age, health and nutirtional deficiencies.
We recommend you take The One for 3 months before your try to conceive.

Can I continue taking this when I’m pregnant?

When should I take these?
+
-

Take it 3 months before you plan to start getting pregnant. Egg development is a 90 day cycle so to ensure you produce the best quality eggs  take supplements for 12 weeks before trying to conceive.

Can I take them if I am on birth control?
+
-

Yes, the one gummies support overall reproductive health, regulate cycles and improve egg health whilst on contraception and help to replenish key nutrients.

Can I take these if I have PCOS?
+
-

Yes, the one  is precisely designed for patients with PCOS with ingredients like Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro-Inositol, NAC and Vitamin D3 are specifically shown to improve ovulation in women with PCOS.

Can I take this alongside my 5mg folic acid supplement?
+
-

Yes you can, follow the advice of your doctor if they have recommended you take high dose folic acid 5 mg. the one already contains the recommended daily amount of folic acid (400 micrograms). Taking both together isn’t harmful, but may be more folate than you need. As folate is water-soluble, your body will excrete what it doesn’t need.

Is The One safe to use during IVF treatment?
+
-

The One is formulated with nutrients commonly recommended during IVF, ICSI and egg freezing, including CoQ10, vitamin D and methylfolate. Many fertility clinics encourage women to take supplements that support egg quality and nutrient status during treatment. However, every IVF protocol is different, so we recommend sharing the ingredient list with your fertility specialist to ensure it fits your personal treatment plan.

Does The One contain folic acid or methylfolate?
+
-

The One contains methylfolate (5-MTHF) — the active, bioavailable form of folate. This is the form the body uses directly and is often preferred over folic acid, particularly for fertility, pregnancy and women with MTHFR gene variations. The dosage is in line with NHS pregnancy recommendations.
