Yes you can, follow the advice of your doctor if they have recommended you take high dose folic acid 5 mg.
The One™ already contains the recommended daily amount of active folic acid (Methylfolate 400 micrograms). Taking both together isn’t harmful, but may be more folate than you need. As folate is water-soluble, your body will excrete what it doesn’t need.
Is The One™ safe to use during IVF treatment?
The One™ is formulated with nutrients commonly recommended during IVF, ICSI and egg freezing, including CoQ10, vitamin D and methylfolate.
Many fertility clinics encourage women to take supplements that support egg quality and nutrient status during treatment.
