How long does it take The One to work?
Most fertility supplements take 3-6 months to show noticeable benefits. This is because egg development and hormone regulation work in roughly 90-day cycles. Ingredients like CoQ10, myo-inositol, vitamin D and methylfolate need time to build up in the body and support egg quality, cycle regularity and overall fertility.
However, every woman is different, and results vary based on age, health and nutirtional deficiencies.
We recommend you take The One for 3 - 6 months before your try to conceive and during the critical first trimester.

Can I take these if I have PCOS?
Yes, The One is precisely designed for patients with PCOS with ingredients like Myo-Inositol, NAC and Vitamin D3 are specifically shown to improve ovulation in women with PCOS.
Can I take this alongside my 5mg folic acid supplement?
Yes you can, follow the advice of your doctor if they have recommended you take high dose folic acid 5 mg. The One already contains the recommended daily amount of active folic acid (Methylfolate 400 micrograms). Taking both together isn’t harmful, but may be more folate than you need. As folate is water-soluble, your body will excrete what it doesn’t need.
Is The One safe to use during IVF treatment?
The One is formulated with nutrients commonly recommended duringIVF, ICSI and egg freezing, including CoQ10, vitamin D and methylfolate. Many fertility clinics encourage women to take supplements that support egg quality and nutrient status during treatment.However, every IVF protocol is different, so we recommend sharing the ingredient list with your fertility specialist to ensure it fits your personal treatment plan.
Does The One contain folic acid or methylfolate?
The One containsmethylfolate (5-MTHF)— theactive, bioavailable formof folate. This is the form the body uses directly and is often preferred over folic acid, particularly for fertility, pregnancy and women with MTHFR gene variations. The dosage is in line withNHS pregnancy recommendations.

Can I take this if I have thyroid issues?
In many cases, yes as The One contains iodine and selenium which are important for production and regulation of the thyroid hormones. However if you have hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Graves’ disease, or if you are taking thyroid medication, its recommended to speak to your doctor before starting new medication.
